Cook arrives at Synergy Commercial Advisors with a diverse background in investment sales, engineering, building design and construction. Having recently graduated with his MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with dual concentrations in Real Estate and Finance, he brings a macro-level, asset-focused perspective to the firm and its corporate clients. At Synergy, Cook will focus primarily on landlord representation, investment sales and project marketing services. His graduate education and work experiences across the commercial real estate industry provide his clients with both high level strategic planning and the capability to implement value-creating approaches. Cook is poised to bring significant value to clients through his persistent focus on client satisfaction and an unparalleled work ethic.
